Reiti, another town with stunning night views:

Dinner at the long established Trattoria Tito:

Overnight at the newly furbished Acque del Velino. 

Our walk started by crossing the river Velino:

And then a Panini pick-up:

We were soon out of Reiti & passing the 100 kilometres to go sign:

A ramble along the valley floor, with lunch on the 4th century Ponte Sambuco, which once was on the Via Salaria salt route which ran from Rome to the Adriatic:

A climb up to Ornaro Basso, with views back down the valley:

One more up & a down and we were at the Agriturismo Santa Giusta, our overnight stay:
